A simple standalone signature. Paste into your email settings and send yourself a test. Appearance can vary by email client. Some email apps remove embedded photos; if yours does, insert the photo in your email app after pasting.
How do I use my signature?
In Gmail on the web, open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create a signature, paste, choose your defaults, and save. In Outlook, look for Signatures in Settings. If formatted paste is unavailable, download the HTML, open it in a browser, then copy the rendered signature.
