What you share
If you contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, email platform, and the time you submitted your request. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss Pomba with you.
What happens to it
Contact requests are stored using Cloudflare. Authorized Pomba operators can access them for the purposes above. We do not sell your submission or use it for unrelated advertising. We keep it while handling your inquiry and related conversations, or until you ask us to remove it, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
Website operation
Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect this website. The signup endpoint uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not add advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts and brand images are served with the website.
The signature playground
The information you enter in the playground stays in your browser. It is not submitted to Pomba. Copying or downloading a signature puts that information into your clipboard or a local file at your request.
Your choices
You can ask to view, correct, or delete an contact request through the privacy request form. We will verify control of the relevant email address before disclosing or changing personal information.
